Count Groups
Description
Returns the number of AttackForge Groups matching the optional filter. Use this when you only need a total (for reporting, paging decisions, or sanity checks) and do NOT need the group records themselves - call find_groups for that. Callers who can create projects or action project requests count every group; other callers count only the groups they belong to. Archived groups are excluded unless an administrator sets include_archived.
