Patch Test Suite

Description

Patches an existing AttackForge testsuite. This is a write operation: only the fields supplied in args are changed; omitted fields are left untouched. Where an array is supplied (e.g. tags) it replaces the existing value.

The shape of args is declared inline (see Building args for Write Tools), so no preparatory call is needed. Preconditions: the caller must have permission to patch testsuites. On success the patched testsuite id is returned.

How To Enable

1. Go to Users

2. Select the user you would like to provide access to this tool

3. Click on Access > MCP

4. Click on Add Tools

5. Select the tool patch_testsuite and click Add

Example Prompts

• Rename the "Web Application Testing" testsuite to "Web App Pentest".

• Hide this testsuite from project requests.

• Update the description of the API testsuite.

• Add the tag "pci" to testsuite X.

args keys:

testsuite_id	string	Yes	Id (24-hex) of the testsuite to patch. Source: find_testsuites.
name	string	No	New name of the testsuite.
description	string	No	New description of the testsuite.
is_visible_on_project_requests	boolean	No	Whether the testsuite is offered when creating a Project Request.
code	string	No	Arbitrary code associated with this testsuite.
sort_order	integer	No	Determines the default sort order within the AttackForge UI.
tags	array	No	String tags. Replaces the existing tags when supplied.
