Archive Project

Description

Archives an existing AttackForge project. This is a write operation, and a soft delete: the project record is kept, but the project is hidden from the other project tools - those that take a project_id report it as not found - and from find_projects and count_projects unless an administrator sets include_archived. Its vulnerabilities, test cases, team members, group links and portfolio stream links are left as they are, so restore_project brings the project back as it was.

The shape of args is declared inline (see Building args for Write Tools), so no preparatory call is needed.

Preconditions: the caller must be an Admin, the project's owner, or a Project Coordinator with access to the project. On success the project id is returned together with an updated flag.
