Count Projects
Description
Returns the number of AttackForge projects matching the optional filter. Use this when you only need a total (for reporting, paging decisions, or sanity checks) and do NOT need the project records themselves - call find_projects for that. Results are automatically scoped to projects the calling user can access (non-admin users only count projects they have membership in). Archived projects are left out unless an administrator sets include_archived.
