GetAvailableDelegations

Get every delegation that a user can be given.

These are the delegations that exist on your AttackForge, which are the only ones Update User Delegations can grant: a name it accepts that is not listed here is skipped without an error.

The list is the same for every caller, and is sorted by name.

Access and failures

If the delegations could not be read, Error Finding Delegations is returned in error, with a count of 0 and an empty list.
